1. Setting Up Payouts

Before your group is visible to participants, connect your Stripe account:

1. Log in to your Host Dashboard.
2. Go to Payout Settings.
3. Connect an existing Stripe account or create a new one.
4. Provide required details:
   • Bank account or debit card info
   • Tax ID or Social Security Number
   • Legal name & valid address
   • Identity verification
5. Once verified, your group becomes visible to participants.

2. Fee Structure

• Your Earnings: You keep 100% of the price you set.
• Platform Fee: Participants pay an extra 6% at checkout.
• Stripe Processing Fees: Covered by MentalHappy — no deductions from your payout.
• No Hidden Fees: What you set is exactly what you receive.

3. How Payouts Work

1. Participant Pays: Group price + 6% platform fee → processed via Stripe.
2. Funds in Stripe: Your full group price credited to your account within 1–2 business days.
3. Transfer to Bank: Stripe pays out automatically based on your chosen schedule (daily, weekly, monthly).
4. Tracking: Stripe emails you when payouts are sent, and you can track inside your Stripe Dashboard.

4. Viewing Your Earnings

To track payments:

• Log in → click your profile picture → Leader Dashboard.
• Open the Payments Section for current balance & payout details.
• Click View payments on Stripe for detailed reports or to update bank info.

• Set Up Stripe Early: Avoid launch delays.
• Verify Pricing Before Members Join: You can edit until the first participant signs up.
