Group administration
You are in control of your earnings on MentalHappy and get to know how much you have made. You can see a summary of this on the Payments section under your profile.
You set your monthly pricing once, at the group creation stage and this cannot be changed once your group is live. The only possible change to pricing is before the group is live by contacting support@mentalhappy.com
10% of all monthly earnings is MentalHappy service fee. This is the only fee payable to MentalHappy.
MentalHappy works with Stripe to handle and authenticate all payment transactions on the platform to ensure your money is safe and in good hands. When you need to access/withdraw your money, click on the "View payments on Stripe" button located on your profile page. This will lead to your Stripe account, where you can access your funds.
