One man’s trash is another man’s treasure so let that stuff go!

As it's January… A fresh start for bold declarations and lots of vision board parties.

But let's cut to the chase – do vision boards EVEN work?

Is there any point in cutting out pictures of things you desire?

Drawing, cutting, and gluing all on a board…

Well, the science says YES!

Research suggests that creating vision boards taps into the power of visualization and goal-setting.

So, if you're questioning the efficacy of vision boards, think again!

Let's uncover the psychology behind vision boards and discover how they can be powerful tools in manifesting the life you desire.

Visualization is key

By vividly imagining our desires, we activate brain regions associated with motivation and planning.

It's like planting a seed in our subconscious, reminding ourselves what we're striving for.

Focus and clarity

Cutting out images and writing down goals forces us to be specific and clear about our aspirations, which fuels commitment and action.
