Activity Feed
Main scrolling page where members & leaders see posts, comments, pinned items, and session announcements.
Anonymous Questions
Members can submit questions privately; leaders approve, decline, or edit before posting in the group thread.
Approval (Group Launch)
The step where a group becomes live and visible after setup and Stripe verification.
Community Posts
Any text, image, or video shared in the group feed by leaders, moderators, or members.
Cover Image
Banner image shown at the top of a group profile to set the tone and attract members.

Dashboard (Leader Dashboard)
Control panel for managing posts, members, sessions, payouts, and settings.
Group Description
Public summary of the group’s theme, audience, and benefits.
Group Guidelines
Custom rules to foster respect and safety, often shared in a pinned post.
Group Participant (Member)
Anyone who has joined your support group; can post, attend sessions, and engage per settings.
Group Waitlist
Sign-up queue for when a group reaches capacity; members admitted as spots open.

Host Dashboard
Same as Leader Dashboard; backend for group management.
Join Request (Member-Side)
For private/invite-only groups, members must request approval to join.
Launch Your Group
Officially making your group live once setup and payouts are complete.
Leader Notifications
Alerts sent by email or in-app for new members, sessions, or payments.
Link (Group URL)
Private link to let members join directly.
Link (Session Join)
Unique link to enter a scheduled live session.
Live Session Reminder
Automated notifications sent before scheduled sessions.

M–O

Moderators
Trusted people assigned to help monitor activity, enforce guidelines, and support the group.
Notifications (Member-Side)
Alerts for new posts, replies, or session updates.
Onboarding (Member Onboarding)
Guided process for new members including welcome messages and rules.

P–R

Payout Settings
Section to connect Stripe and receive earnings.
Pinned Post
Post kept at the top of the feed, commonly for guidelines or introductions.
Platform Fee
6% fee added to participant payments; leaders keep 100% of the set price.
Profile Bio
Leader’s personal introduction on the group’s public page.
Request to Join
Feature for private/invite-only groups requiring approval before joining.
Resource Library
Section for leaders to upload documents, worksheets, or guides.

S–Z

Session (Group Session)
Scheduled live meeting; members RSVP and join via session link.
Session RSVP (Member Action)
Step where members confirm attendance for a session.
Stripe
Secure payment processor handling all payments and payouts.
Support Ticket
Request for help sent via in-app chat or email.
Tags
Keywords added to group profiles to improve discoverability.
Visibility Settings
Controls who can find/join: Public, Private, or Invite-Only.
Welcome Post
Pinned or first post greeting new members.
